Coach Availability — Information Architecture
Weekly Template
Per-day toggle (enabled/disabled), expandable slot list with start/end time, session type (On-Court/Video/Group), max students. Add/edit/delete slots. Repeats automatically every week.
Monthly Calendar
Full month grid with color-coded days: green (available), amber (fully booked), red (blocked), grey (day off). Tap any day to see its slot summary. Monthly stats: open/booked/blocked counts.
Day Slot Manager
Drill into a specific day. Shows all slots with booked/open status. Quick actions: Copy from template, Block this day, Apply to all Mondays. Add slot panel with time/duration/type selector.
Block Dates
Create blocked periods (date range + reason + type: Tournament/Personal/Vacation). Warning that existing bookings are unaffected. Delete existing blocks. Players cannot book on blocked dates.
Player Booking View
What a player sees when browsing this coach. Horizontal scrollable day strip showing only available days. Slot cards with type icon, time range, and group capacity. Book CTA activates on slot selection.
Booking Request
Coach receives push notification. Player card with session history and reliability score. Session details, earnings breakdown (gross – 10% fee = net). Player's note. Accept / Suggest Different Time / Decline.
